Local repair or UK warranty return
We'll first explore a local repair (preferred). If that's not possible, you ship the item to our UK address and we handle assessment, repair or replacement, then ship it back to Nigeria.
To reduce delays and costs, we prioritise local repairs where appropriate. Supported repair types:
